SECOND AMENDMENT

Billy is a staunch defender of the Second Amendment and believes that the rights guaranteed in the Constitution shall not be infringed. He is dedicated to preserving and defending all Constitutional rights of  responsible law-abiding gun owners while promoting responsible ownership and safety.
